How it works
Dry hire. The host supplies the alcohol, or The Define Experience provides a shopping list. Service is TIPS-certified, with liquor and general liability insurance (Canopy, through May 2, 2027). Serving New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
Packages from $395
Three packages — Mocktail Experience, Pour Experience, and Deluxe Pour Experience — each with 4 hours of service, setup and breakdown, and a beverage consult. Additional hours $85/hour.
Signature evenings
Sangria Mixology Experience — ticketed $85/guest, or private from $495. Cigar & Whisky Experience — ticketed $95/guest, or private from $750.
Booking terms, plainly stated
A $100 booking deposit, applied toward your package total, secures your date. It is non-refundable, but transferable. 50% is due within 45 days of the event, and the balance is due one week before. Cancellations within 120 days forfeit the deposit.
